Dean Ptera's study

Dean Ptera's study has a fire in the grate, a grandfather clock and a view of the campus tower at dusk. The Dean presents no calculators: the things on the walls and the desk open the site's own pages. The diploma opens About, the certificate opens Methodology, the ledger on the desk opens the corrections log and the photograph over the mantel opens the faculty.

The Dean is obsessed with checking, and so is the site. Every calculator is tested automatically before each release, most of them against reference cases worked out independently of the calculator, and every error that was found and fixed is listed in the corrections log with the numbers it got wrong.
